“I've had hydrating facials all over Scottsdale. Sasha's is the only one where my skin still looked this good a week later.”

Megan T. · Arcadia · Radiance member

“Elena talked me down on units, which no one has ever done. I look like myself, just less tired.”

Laura P. · Paradise Valley · Neurotoxin

“Six laser sessions, done. They patch-tested my skin first and were careful with my darker skin tone. Zero issues.”

Questions

Good to know.

Anything else? Our assistant replies instantly, any hour, and can hold an appointment for you.

Ask the assistant
Is this my first visit? Which treatment should I start with?

Most first-time clients start with our Signature Hydrating Facial, which is $149 on your first visit (regularly $189). If you're unsure, book a complimentary 20-minute skin consultation and we'll recommend a plan.

How many units of neurotoxin will I need?

It depends on your muscles and goals, so your nurse injector will recommend an amount at your free consultation. Neurotoxin is $13 per unit ($11 per unit on your first treatment with us), and every treatment includes a free two-week follow-up.

Who performs injectables and microneedling?

Injectables are performed only by our licensed nurse injectors, Elena Marquez, MSN, FNP-C, and Juliette Park, RN, under the oversight of our medical director, Dr. Adrian Cole, MD, a board-certified dermatologist. Microneedling is performed by our registered nurses.

Can I have treatments while pregnant or breastfeeding?

We don't offer injectables, laser hair removal, microneedling or corrective peels during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Our Custom Facial can be adapted with pregnancy-safe products. Let us know when you book.

What's your cancellation policy?

We hold appointments with a card on file. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel; late cancellations and no-shows are charged $50.

How can I pay?

All major credit and debit cards and mobile wallets. Monthly payment plans are available for packages and series of $500 or more through our financing partner, subject to approval. Gift cards are available in any amount.
