Terms of service

These terms apply when you order a website, AI assistant or care plan from KetNhip. Your written quote and agreement for each project add the specific details and take priority if they differ from this page.

1. Scope

The scope (pages, features, content, revision rounds, delivery date) is set out in your quote before any work starts. Anything outside it is quoted separately and only done with your approval.

2. Payment

• Websites: 50% deposit to start, 50% balance at launch.
• AI assistant: the setup fee is paid when you decide to keep it after the 7-day trial; the monthly fee is billed at the start of each month.
• Launch pricing (40% off) applies to deposits paid by December 31, 2026. The price in your quote is locked for the whole project.
• Payments are made via PayPal, in USD, excluding any local taxes.

3. Free trial and refunds

• 7-day assistant trial: the assistant runs live on your site for 7 days. If you don’t keep it, you pay no setup or monthly fee.
• Full deposit refund: if the first design isn’t right and you decide to stop before approving the design, your whole deposit is refunded. Once you approve the design, the deposit covers the work done.
• Monthly fees already paid aren’t refunded for the rest of that month; cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle.

4. Your content

You’re responsible for the accuracy of, and your right to use, the text, images, prices and policies you send us. We may decline to publish unlawful content.

5. AI assistant

The assistant answers from the information you approve and is set up not to invent prices, services or policies; when unsure, it takes contact details and hands the conversation to you. AI can still make mistakes, so keep its information up to date when your prices or services change and review conversations from time to time. It does not give medical, legal or financial advice.

6. Ownership

• Your domain is registered in your name.
• You receive the full website source code once paid in full.
• Your customer data (chats, phone numbers) is yours and can be exported anytime. The assistant platform itself remains KetNhip’s and is provided monthly.

7. Cancellation and continuity

You can cancel the assistant or care plan before the next billing cycle. If KetNhip ever stops providing the service, you’ll get at least 30 days’ notice and a full export of your data plus your website’s source code.

8. Limitation of liability

We work to keep your site and assistant running reliably but can’t guarantee uninterrupted service (for example, outages at hosting, network or AI providers). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the previous 3 months.
