Questions people ask
Will the chatbot say wrong things to my customers?
It only uses the information you’ve approved: services, prices, hours, policies. If the answer isn’t there, it says it doesn’t know, takes the customer’s number and alerts you. You can read every conversation and update what the bot knows at any time.
I’m not technical. Can I still use it?
Yes. Send your information and photos and I handle everything. After launch you get new-lead alerts on your phone and can see your lead list from any browser.
You’re in Vietnam — how does working together across time zones go?
Everything happens online: WhatsApp or Telegram messages, a live preview link you can check on your own time, and a short call if you want one. Most clients find the overnight progress a bonus — you wake up to updates.
What does the $19/month cover?
AI usage, hosting for the assistant, the admin inbox, instant alerts, and my time updating the bot when your prices or services change. It includes up to 1,000 conversations a month; beyond that it’s $9 per extra 1,000.
Can it work on Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp or Instagram?
Yes. Connecting it to your Facebook Page’s Messenger is free if your business account is already set up and approved by Meta, so the assistant answers there too, with one shared inbox and lead list. WhatsApp Business and Instagram DMs are quoted on request.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit to start and the balance at launch, via PayPal. The monthly assistant fee is billed monthly through PayPal too; cancel anytime before the next cycle.
Why are your prices so low?
We’re based in Vietnam, where costs are lower, and we build on our own lean platform instead of stacking paid page builders and plugins. You still get a custom design, fast modern code and a real AI assistant — just without agency overheads. Launch pricing takes another 40% off until December 31, 2026.
Do I get a contract and invoices?
Yes. Every project starts with a written agreement covering scope, price, timeline and revision rounds, and every payment comes with a PayPal invoice and receipt.
What happens to my site if KetNhip stops operating?
Your domain is in your name and you get the full source code once paid, so the site can run with any hosting provider. For the assistant, you get at least 30 days’ notice and a full export of your chats and leads.
